• RETURNS

A product purchased on www.nbestyled.com may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product.

​

The product must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered with the garment tag still attached. Please complete the return by including the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. A product that has been worn or is damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

• REFUND

Once your return product has been checked, &BESTYLED will send you an e-mail letting you know if the product has been accepted.

&BESTYLED will then proceed with either refunding your money or allowing to purchase a substitute product. In case of a refund, a SGD 6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refunded item(s) benefitted from free shipping.

Please note that your shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

• SALE PRODUCTS

Only the sale price of regular priced product will be refunded upon return. The purchase of a discounted product constitutes a final purchase and no refund or exchange will be permitted in relation to such sale product.

• EXCHANGE

​

&BESTYLED will replace a defective or damaged product. If you need to exchange a product, please email a photo of the product to customerservices@nbestyled.com along with a description of the defect or damage. Please also provide the original receipt.

Product must be in sellable condition; Products must not have been used, washed or altered ; and no refund of difference if price of the new product is lower than the original product.
